It was so easy in my dream too lol, like my leg was weightless. Anyhow, I woke up with developpe on my mind and decided to do some research on how to improve the height of my developpe. Love barre workouts (recently posted about my yoga for barre). I agree with you need the classes at least a few times. The adjustments the instructors make are hard to get on your own. I love to run too and barre is a great compliment. Great post.
